Truly appalling company. Customer service is non-existent. They changed my flight and have been either completely obstructive, rude or just plain ignorant ever since. It now looks like my flights will have to be cancelled due to coronavirus anyway and I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back from these idiots anytime soon. People who promise to phone you back never do, they turn off their callback service randomly (and never follow it through anyway), they don't respond to emails and when they finally do they obviously haven't read what you have written. I have asked for my issues to be passed up the line and have made several requests for their complaints procedure all of which have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
