If I could give the no stars I would. Travel Up are an absolute disgrace. I have waited over 88-days for a refund from this company. TU sent me an e-mail on the 06/02/2020 stating that I was entitled to a 'full refund' which I would receive within 6-8 weeks. I am still waiting for the refund. Many, many people have been scammed by this company in the last 4-months.
