Flights were CANCELLED in May2020 and now its September 2020 NO REFUND received!!!
we had worse experience with travel up,booked in December 2019, got cancelled flight confirmation from the airline in May 2020.
We tired contact travelup many times but no response for personal booking just kept receiving emails about covid19 and effected travel.
Finally got through to them in mid June and asked for the options, were given two, voucher or refund with £50 charge, and we chose refund with £50 pounds administration charges.
"even though airline said we should get full refund".
But this was not the end of long chase and wait we kept waiting and chasing every 4 weeks or so, and been kept getting same answer, that form has been submitted and waiting for refund from the airline,each time we called. and its been 3 MONTHS since they asked us to submit for refund and we did And WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AS YET!!!
and now they dont even talk on the phone properly, after waiting in queue for long time to get through to them, they keep asking for more weeks for us to wait and when we said this is not acceptable atleast give us some details where we can make complain and get some clear answers then they put us on hold and then cut of the call!!:-(
We spoke to the airline and they said refunds have been cleared, as they clear their accounts twice a month with the agents, therefore the agent got the refunds,and they don't hold any money for refunds!!!
