Bought airline tickets in January 2020… Bought airline tickets in January 2020 for flights to the U.S.A. then the lockdown, and now the nightmare of getting a refund. Had e-mailed numerous times without getting an answer, after threatening legal action did get a reply but still no refund, let's blame the airlines was the standard excuse, all the the other travel firms were using this saying until they get the money from the airline concerned they were unable to refund.That is not the LAW though, the law states if airline cancels your flight you should get a full refund with in 7 days. So decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & said I would give them another month before executing a County Court action against the company, time is up, now July & still no refund ?? So now have given 7 working day's if no refund will execute County Court action plus any cost's incurred. This company is not what it seems ? London based ??? using London phone numbers ?? has a registered company London address but not offices ??? All I would say is not what it appears to be. This firm is not what it seems ??? You may think this company is trading out of London ?? well it's not, using London so called phone numbers & registered London Office, but were are the sales offices ??? If this is of interest & you need to find out more then do a companies house search on-line makes interesting reading, especially when you find out that two of the Directors are not U.K. citizens don't even live in the U.K. Since this has gone live all of a sudden we have contact, not about refunding my hard earned money but to ask to take down this review.
