My son's car had a puncture on a front wheel. I rang Treadfirst as soon as it was noticed. The tyre was as flat as a pancake so the car could not be taken to them. As the car was not needed urgently they asked if the next day was ok. It was and they came and collected the wheel and took it back to their workshop. They rang to say the puncture could not be repaired because it was in the wall of the tyre and it needed a new tyre. This was done and the wheel returned to us and fitted. I cannot praise them enough. They always give excellent service and never try and get you to buy something for your car that isn't needed. On top of that the guys that work there are always so polite and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you again.
