Ordered a pair of park tool circlip pliers that the end snapped while I was halfway through a repair, I filed them down so I could complete the repair,
Phoned tredz about the problem, they said they couldn’t do anything about a refund or replacement as I had filed them down,
Not tredz fault they broke but for the price, I thought they would have a better relationship with park tool as they are supposed-to be the best tools for bike repairs
Poor customer after care. I Won’t be using them again
