He came I got a quote for 2 jobs. We agreed a price. Then I had to call him back to finish guttering. He tried to tell me he would have charged more if he had to do guttering I went over the quote what jobs were and price. He came back next day and completed work. He took all rubbish and trees away as promised and was paid in full on first agreed price.
