I have used Treekit as a supplier for several years now, and in general, they have always come through with advice on equipment and providing what I need. With COVID and Brexit, and now the current hike in fuel prices, getting stuff delivered to the Highlands where I live is becoming even more of a challenge. It may be beyond Treekits control, but a couple of orders this year have taken longer than expected to arrive with a small knock on effect to my work. I will continue to use Treekit as a supplier, but one thing I would like them to improve is their active communication. If I make a call, and someone says they will investigate my question and call back, or if a delay occurs in my order that I should be notified of, then it’s not unreasonable to expect that call or update.
