This was a staff gift for our boss whose husband had died a few moths ago and we bought the trees as part of her Christmas gift. It took awhile to get the money together and I only had a few days lead time when I placed the order. I emailed Kim and asked if there was maybe a PDF copy I could print out in case the certificates didn't arrive in time. She said she would get the certificates out ASAP. I literally had them 2 days later! Way more than I expected and was very grateful because I was able to frame the certificates in time. The certificate itself is attractive unframed as well as it comes gently mounted on a mat. I say gently because the adhesive held tight enough to keep the certificate anchored to the mat but was easy enough to separate so it didn't tear or leave any mark or crease in the certificate. This was an amazing gift and it was beautifully presented. For the money, I don't think you can find a better gift. This was incredibly affordable and is a one-of-a-kind gift.
