I was so pleased to find your website and to order from it for my brother in law when his Mother passed away. She had been suffering with terminal cancer and it was a blessing for her; she is now at peace. I had requested that the paperwork be sent to me so that I could include everything with my sympathy card. Unfortunately, it never arrived (nor did my brother in law).
