I had bad experiences with this shop before, but I risked again because they had my product in stock. And again it's a complete fail. The package was lost - courier has confirmed it and ensured I will get reimbursed, as soon as the shop starts the claim. But TrekkInn won't do that.
They don't care. I lost hours talking to their support - sometimes they just close the chat and say they are not interested. Often they just ignore you.
They have forced me to call numerous couriers, in 4 different countries and everywhere I get the same answer - it's the sender's (shop's) responsibility to start the claim. But TrekkInn doesn't accept that and won't help.
It's been 3 weeks. I LOST TIME, I LOST PACKAGE, I LOST MONEY. It's just disgraceful and humiliating. Once again.
