The worst customer service and order processing I have ever seen in my career or 10 years !!!!!
I placed an order of a sleeping bag which according to them was supposed to be delivered between 19th and 25th Jan 2021. On 25th they say that it got dispatched on 15th and might take 15 working days to get delivered.
In the meantime that has no visibility on where the package is located. They send the pack through the worst possible mail service. While the pack could have been sent through someone like FedEx!!!
