I ordered belay gloves on the 30th of December 2020 and was told the estimated delivery date would be between Mon. 04 Jan. and Tue. 05 Jan.
It is now the 2nd of February 2021 and the only tracking update that has been available is that 'the parcel has left the parcel center.GLS. Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain'. They have updated the status 10 times with that update over January 2021. So after a month the parcel has not even left Spain.
I complained and they said this was due to new regulation with Brexit, etc. Brexit happened a month a go and on January 29th, my parcel is still in Spain.
They will not issue a refund.
It is also £8 to return a product.
Avoid using this company, customer service is poor. I have no idea when I will get a my product and they refuse the cancel and refund me.
