The style and the quality of the product are both outstanding and the prizing reflects it without being ridiculous. Finding the right size is a bit tricky and I would recommend, if not absolutely sure, order different versions to be at the safe side. Also, when sending something back, it is a bit of a nightmare that you guys need up to 14 working days to ensure the return of payment. That should be a lot faster and maybe even linked to modern payment schemes like e.g. PayPal, who offers payment after 14 days and in case you can make a reimbursement before these 14 days are over, the customer account would not even see the money leaving. Might be an additional trigger to order from you guys, if that would work!
