I received my order quickly and the purchase process was easy. I do wish I would have called prior to placing my order to get advice on which brush to purchase. I bought the handy sensitive brush and I think my hair is not thin enough to utilize this brush properly. I think I should have bought a different style because the sensitive does not brush deep enough and ends up creating more tangles. None of my issues with the brush are a reflection to the company. I wish I would have called before buying such an expensive brush.
