I was very pleased to have found Tressence as a company from which I might purchase Mason Pearson brushes. Upon ordering I was kept very well informed as to the progress of shipment. Exceptionally informed.. However, I ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange it for a more expensive brush. I have sent four emails, called four times, and for five business days have not had any response. This notwithstanding the note that is fixed to the telephone: "response by next business day “A rep. of the company called and apologized and made an exchange with a refund. All is well.
