Tressence.com offered excellent service with fast shipping. However, I was underwhelmed with the brush I purchased. This brush clearly does a great job of spreading sebum throughout the length of your hair. However, I was disappointed that the brush does not easily pull through my long, fine, thick hair. Since Mason Pearson brushes are supposed to be the last brush you would ever need, I was hoping to use it for things like putting my hair in a ponytail. However, the grip doesn’t seem to be strong enough. I was also disappointed that the gold lettering started to wear off after one use! I would have thought that it would stay on for at least a few years, especially considering the price tag for their brushes.
