I work in EAT Liverpool street station, I'm here because I'm suffering mentally stress everyday. The reason I'm writing is, he is not treating me professionally. Before I used to work 6 days a week (57 hrs) roughly knowing that I have panic attack and it was okay with him but now he is cutting my hours just because we had minor argument but says 'due to my panic attack' he cannot give me more hours. I want to work but not providing hours where as is giving extra hours to those who are not willing to work. All I'm saying is this a professional way to treat people like us who works for trg!? Specially by GM. No gratitude but always complain! I am suffering mentally torture, is he willing to take any responsibilities if something happens me!? I'm sure won't. I have been working almost a year, I endure everything before but now I can't take it anymore. Not only me but my colluege who works with me have their own reason. You can investigate more if you want to. I gave my everything to make this store to level this standard with hard work and determination. But in return I've been treated like this. I'm sorry to say but GM that we have here is not professional at what he does. I'm not pointing out but it's voice from all the staff. The only thing is I'm taking risk. Thabk you. Please have some solution about this.
