Great service and product range I will be making many more purchases but will ask for a different delivery option. Only down side is who they use to deliver (DPD/Interlink) it would be much more convenient if delivery is via Royal Mail when delivering to flats as DPD/Interlink never turn up and always come with the same excuses that they tried and no one was home, I had to travel 3 miles to my nearest depot to collect my package and as I do not drive this was very inconvenient >x. it would be good if there was an option to choose more than one delivery company as they are totally useless. But on a whole I've had a great experience with triads but the delivery service is point blank terrible when living in flats.
