I ordered a hat but had no conformation of shipping information. I rang the store to enquire about this, I was told that the size I had ordered was out of stock (the website system hadn't updated the stock). I was told that I had been sent an e-mail addressing this issue, but I hadn't received anything.
The shop assistant informed me that a larger size was available and if it was too large, the return option would be free to use.
He told me that the hat would arrive the next day, which it did.
Overall, good service. Triads just need to make sure that their online stock system is kept current and the email service is functioning correctly.
