Pretty good in processing my order and very prompt in sending. Although your delivery partner in NZ is very poor (Fastway). It took them three days to deliver the item Locally (Auckland to Auckland). Please ask ASOS who they use because whoever it is, they are much better than your NZ provider or at least process parcel better. As another comparison, I paid around US $15-$20 to send similar size item from the US with NZ Post and once it clear NZ custom, the parcel arrived overnight to my address. NZ Post also keep a warehouse in the UK by the way so you might want to contact them and ask the possibility of partnership. You have good selection of products and your prices are reasonable compare to other UK online retailer. It would be a shame if your effort in providing excellent goods and service get jeopardize by your freight partner.
