I have been a customer of Triads for as long as I can remember and the service and quality has always been 2nd to none. The staff, particularly at Triads 1 are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The one criticism I do have is that the brands available have moved decidedly down market, so I now find I am forced to shop elsewhere and at competitors to find my favourite brands (Engineered Garments, Post O Alls for example) however I also recognise that in challenging financial times as this, often change in target markets is necessary to survive. My hope is that once market conditions change I can start to see my favourite brands in my favourite store and stay loyal as I would like to.
