I purchased a Konstantinos bracelet for my bf for Christmas 2023. Within 3 months the bracelot had to be sent back for repair because it wouldn’t latch closed. After waiting a month for it to be returned. It broke again and i contacted both tribal Hollywood and kostsntinos to repair and i was accused of getting bracelet wet and not to wear the bracelet often. Tribal Hollywood would not back the product. So now i have to send it back to kostaninos for another repair.
