Avoid. I would suggest something along th lines of ProObserve. Delayed the interview, claiming that staff were on Annual leave. I just played a long and they were fully aware of the problems I have had with such matters in the educational field. Trying to live up to the corruption just entraps yourself and backfires. So much for your ethics and beliefs you preach. The others have tried to hide, block and delete my posts/reviews and get others to try engaging in the same behaviour but have made themselves a laughing stock. I have decided to avoid the education sector and I did research the company beforehand, I was not going to go ahead with the interview but decided to anyway. I have had issues in the past with educational places. Claimed I never researched the company but did I not provide responses to what Tribal do ? Said I did not use the STAR technique. I did use the STAR technique and if further clarification was needed no one asked to elaborate, I would have been more than happy to provide details. I have said this to recuritment agencies and companies. They have informed me this is strange, if this was the case the interviewer should have requested more information. I find this as a lack of communication and an excuse. I do have verbatim notes of all the interviews I have attended. This sounds quite common from educational places where they say in depth but do not provide responses to questions or when they are questioned on certain matters they refuse to respond. Avoid these liars. Extremely negative experience. Just terrible. I would not recommend these lot as an employer or as a service provider. Requested feedback and was provided with a tongue in cheek, condensing and unhelpful response, but instead of offering positive feedback, help and support, why not just be honest? I provided enough details as humanly possible. Do they want essays as a response? I definitely won't be applying there ever again. How is providing specific feedback stating I did not use the STAR technique specific ? Which questions to specific please ? I would also like to feedback the job was not advertised properly and I was mislead. I would not recommend this place and I will be sharing my experience to others. Ensure you ask plenty of questions to find out exactly what this because the incompetently job specification was briefly written with no written explanation that this job requires what was said in the interview. Considering these managers have got nothing better to do ? The role itself and job specification was confusing. It did not sound like a technical support based role. 🚨
