Clearly I should have read the reviews before buying from this company. I wrote to them as soon as I received the earrings as they are humongous, & I was expecting something dainty & pretty. As I am not Pat from Eastenders, I wanted to return them. I was told that I would never get a refund, just a swap for something else and would have to pay to return these horrendous chandeliers, and to have god knows what sent to me. Literally god knows what as I don't like anything else on their website. No manners, no empathy. Hopefully they will go out of business soon!! I'm stuck with something I hate the look of. Also, the colour is much darker than shown on pics, so even if they had been the right size, they would have been the wrong color!! Thanks for your unwillingness to help!!
