I placed the order with them last Monday evening, received an immediate confirmation and even had an extra e-mail from Robert in their UK office, whom I had called to ask about something. He promised to follow up on my order, and did so once it was received. I then had an email the following day from the factory in India with photos of the goods being dispatched along with shipment confirmation. They then sent me the parcel tracking number and were most helpful in ensuring that the goods were received in a timely manner. I was promised that the goods would be received by me in Madrid by Friday afternoon, when in fact I actually received them on Thursday afternoon.
