Ordered two 'joyous butterfly' knobs online, and received them quite quickly. The products are as described and before delivery they also provided pictures of the items.
One of them for some reasons was defective and it crumbled while we were inserting it. I asked for replacement: it was provided after few mail exchanges, and arrived in few days.
I will definitively buy on Trinca-Ferro in the future, and the knobs look really fantastic.
