Item that arrived was not the same as picture or description. We ordered white porcelain knobs as per picture and description, we received off white knobs which do not what we wanted. When I emailed to let them know the order was incorrect I was told that the colour in the pictures does not always depict the true colour depending on your monitor set up! Hmmm but surely the description should match the colour. Total waste of money, very disappointing receiving incorrect product and please don't treat me like I am stupid! Get your descriptions right and admit when you have made a mistake. Needless to say I will not use again,
