I DO NOT KNOW! For the second time within the last three months, I never received my order. I can review your customer service does not exist. The only way to communicate with your company is by email and there is a five hours difference. So there is always a day delay, what a joke. If you are going to sell your product in the USA. Why not utilize your west coast warehouse. Apparently they only accept returns and exchanges. So I DO NOT understand your business model. Unless it's to ALIENATE your USA customers.
