I bought the Duo Loop, going off the size chart ordered the Large as it said 22cm. When it came it was exactly 21cm and too small. I phoned up and was told there may be a problem with their manufacturer and that the XL was 22cm (size chart says 24cm!). I then had to pay for the return but was told they would send the XL out as soon as they received my returned braclet by 1st class post. I received an email to say the braclet had been received and the replacement had been dispatched. I emailed to ask if this was by 1st class as they said and never received a reply. The email telling me the replacement had been dispatched said it should arrive by 27th Sept 18 ....... just over 3 days after the email saying its been dispatched.....certainly not 1st class as I’d been told. I can’t comment on the braclet yet! But customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
