Hello Trip.com I am writing to follow up on my request to rebook an open ticket that I previously cancelled on March 8, 2024 (Ref No 30249802763). Over the past Four days, I have contacted customer service on several occasions. While I appreciate the initial assurance that my case was being expedited, I have unfortunately received emails stating that the change request has been cancelled. I am flexible with travel dates and would like to fly from London Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Hyderabad (HYD) between May 5th and May 7th, 2024, returning between June 5th and June 7th, 2024. I am particularly concerned about a previous attempt by a customer service representative to change my ticket for a route from London Gatwick to Doha, then Doha back to London Heathrow. This was not the desired route and caused additional confusion. I kindly request your urgent assistance in rebooking my open ticket for the desired travel dates and route mentioned above (LGW to HYD and return). I am available to provide any further information needed to facilitate this process. I trust that you will be able to resolve this matter promptly. In the absence of a positive response within 24Hours, I will be forced to report this issue to the relevant ombudsman.
