However, a few days later, they cancelled four out of the six tickets after charging me for the full amount, almost $3000. Despite their assurances over an entire month that they would rectify the mistake and issue the missing tickets, nothing was resolved. This company is a SCAM of the highest order. They took my money and failed to provide the service promised. Their customer service is utterly useless, filled with empty promises and no action. Each interaction was a frustrating exercise in futility, with representatives who either couldn't or wouldn't help. It felt like they were just stringing me along, hoping I would give up. Not only did they fail to fix their mistake, but their complete lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. The sheer incompetence and disregard for their customers is beyond belief. I've wasted countless hours trying to get this sorted, only to be met with lies and excuses. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, AVOID USING TRIP.COM!
