I want to share my experience with Trip.com regarding their customer service. I strongly advise against using Trip.com solely to save a few bucks. Here's why:
1. It's extremely challenging to get in touch with their customer service.
2. The staff is unhelpful.
3. They do not resolve customer issues.
4. Emails go unanswered.
5. If you need assistance, they demand payment.
6. Every query is met with a response citing "airlines policy."
Using Trip.com results in a waste of money, time, and even impacts your well-being
