I had to change flights and twice you gave me that 1 hour time frame sending it to me in the morning am around 4am when I was sleeping, twice !! Which meant I couldn’t confirm my flight and now my 3rd request was full up so I’ve now had to spend £469 extra to pass this stupid system which is hard to comply with and I will get a £123 refund atleast, I want to receive additional refund costs to my extra paid tickets, I will never use trip.com never again very stressful experience I had stress daily for the past 5 days nervous I’ll miss the 1 hour time frame. I hope my case can be looked at and give me compensation?? So sad feel like crying
