I recently had a terrible experience with Trip.com’s airport transfer service from Phuket Airport. I booked a transfer expecting a smooth and stress-free arrival. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. After my flight landed, I was supposed to meet the driver who should have been waiting for me. Instead, I ended up waiting for about an hour! I kept calling the service, and each time I was told the driver would arrive in 10 minutes, but that never happened. The worst part was the poor communication from the Trip.com representatives—they had no idea where the driver was and just kept telling me to wait. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I trusted Trip.com to provide a reliable service, but they clearly used a poor service provider, and it ruined the start of my trip. This will be the last time I use Trip.com, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for dependable airport transfers.
