My wife and son booked Scoot Flight via Trip.com. We received flight confirmation and Apps does reflect the Scoot flight details with booking number.
Upon arrive at Changi Airport Singapore Scoot counter do not have our flight details and trip.com hotline said over phone that our flight is cancel.
Trip.com did not send notification of any cancellation.
Trip.com did not refund the monetary paid accordingly as paid for the Scoot Flight ticket.
Trip.com still reflect the flight data in apps.
We rate zero to this service provider trip.com.
