This travel agency is very deceitful. I purchased a train ticket and want to cancel and refund before 48 hours, for medical reasons, they ask for a medical certificate imagine. I can’t believe this. Very disappointing and difficult to communicate with, do not use their app, ripping you and you can’t cancel any booking or get a refund. Avoid like a plague.
