Avoid Trip.com – terrible experience!
I paid ~$1,000 for seat selections when booking 3 tickets as I’m travelling with a baby. Trip.com showed the seats as confirmed, but the next day I discovered on the airline’s site that none were actually reserved. No adjacent seats were available, and Trip.com then cancelled my reservations blaming the airline. I’m now left with no reserved seats and no way to sit together. Completely unacceptable and the issue is not resolved yet.
