The overall buying experience was very good, no problems there at all. I was constantly informed by email about the status of my order right up until it was shipped. I can't say anything about the bike as it was returned straight away as it was no longer required. The only thing I would say about the return process is that I think it would've been a better idea if the company arranged for collection of the bike rather than myself because it has cost me a hell of a lot to return it to them. From my own personal experience, I would recommend buying from your local bike store rather than online because you really don't know until it's too late, whether the bike will be the correct size for you or not.
