I bought a 2015 model from Triton on 28/12/15. The price on the bike was amazing , 41% off retail, I felt like I was stealing it... Things then went a little sour as it took about 5 days to get any confirmation email, but this was over the Christmas new year period so I'll cut them a little slack. They then emailed to say there was a back log after Christmas and the bike finally arrived 15/1/16, so that was about 2 1/2 weeks from order. At the price I paid I can't really moan about that, however they were very apologetic for the delay and included about 25 quids worth of saddle bag, multi tool and puncture repair kit. That to me says they really do care about a good service as well as a fabulous price. I would use them again and have recommended them to my brother who has just bought the same bike I did.
