Everything went as expected with Triton Cycles. There was no problem in making an order, and I was e-mailed frequently so I knew all the time where my stuff was going at the moment. The bike frameset I ordered was sent the next day, and I received it perfectly on schedule, in 6 working days. UPS made the delivery so I was quite nervous since I have had few issues with the company in the past, but this time everything went great. The packaging was good, the frame didn't had any issues or cosmetic damage whatsoever. Although I had no problems with my order and therefore had no experience on customer service, returns etc. I would definitely recommend Triton Cycles. I got what I ordered, in time and in perfect condition, so I'm definitely going to use Triton Cycles for my future bicycle-related investments.
