I've ordered a Surly frameset from Triton website (probably the lowest price in EU) and I'm very pleased with all aspects of the shopping. Customer service responds quickly to all emails and questions. Order was dispatched the same day and it arrived from UK to Croatia in just a week, with no problems whatsoever. It was also packed properly and there was no damage in transport. I'm giving it five stars and I will surely buy from Triton again.
