I ordered a seatpost and it came really quickly but I ordered the wrong length! So a quick call to confirm they had a longer one which they confirmed. Sent back the seatpost and it was exchanged very quickly with no problems. Worth mentioning the phone call to them was also a good experience, worth calling these guys if you are a bit unsure on things.
