I had a query first, and as soon as this was answered (promptly and correctly by Cara), I placed my order. Within less than 5 minutes of order confirmation, I got a further email advising me of dispatch, with several regular follow up emails and texts from both Triton and DPD telling me where my item was in the delivery process. Long story short, I got a great deal on a fairly obscure item which was delivered (free), well within 24 hours, with a really efficient communicative service. Would highly recommend Triton, and I will definitely shop there again.
