Was after a waterproof jacket I had seen in a review, they had the jacket and at the best price I'd seen anywhere on the web. I placed my order and was kept informed through evey step how my order was progressing. My order arrived on the day and within the 1 hour time window for the carrier they used. Unfortunately the jacket was a bit too snug, so contacted Triton Cycles who confirmed that they had the larger size in stock and that I'd have to pay the return postage, but they would not charge me for delivery of replacement item. Can't say better than that. Very competitively priced, very easy to deal with, great communictation, would highly recommend. Have subesequently bought from them again, placed my order in the afternoon and the item arrived the following day. Excellent service.
