Triton were very helpful with my recent purchase of a Kona bike. Speedy process and transaction.
My only suggestion is to use a carrier that allows tracking of parcels, as with TNT I was given a whole day to wait at home. I was sitting at home waiting....Due to internal problem with their warehouse, TNT delivered a day late with no notification nor apology.
Other than delivery, I'm very pleased with my new bike.
