I ordered two Surly kickstand plates and Triton inadvertently sent only 1. When I phone to make them aware of this error they answered the call promptly, apologised and sent the missing item out immediately, for receipt the following day. That kind of prompt and courteous customer care is all too rare these days and greatly appreciated
