Ordered and paid for a tyre online and was expecting it between 6-9 days after purchase (lengthy delay)
Tyre didn’t turn up and website said order was “in picking” so I called after 11 days.
Was told I’d get a call back shortly but didn’t. I had to call back after another 2 days only to find out the tyre wasn’t and still isn’t in stock !!
Cancelled and requested a refund for my order.
Shocking service.
