Ordered the HALO Vortex 29er wheel set and got the 650 delivered instead, ordered in plenty of time for a weekend trip to the lakes.
Due to the inconvenience caused I asked for a pack of vortex rims decals and was sent a normal pack of decals which are no good.
When you receive an order from a customer you should check the basics at least? and when you did send the correct wheel set ,why did you also send me a small jockey wheel which I never ordered ?
