The small item arrived, it’s fine. It was wrapped in a standard black poly bag, it was delivered by a local delivery van, and not at all quickly after the stated time of dispatch.
The charge for delivery was £10, how is this justified?. I regularly exchange books with my Son, who is in Cambridge, not all that far from you, the parcels are much heavier, and the cost by Royal Mail is less than half of what you charge for a light bag.
